Excellent staff so very friendly sup er clean facilities & room

All was perfect

The price/quality is excellent. The host responded very quickly (to a request that was last minute) and explained everything at check/in. The furnishings make a “homely” atmosphere and are the most thoughtful & artistic of all the private business establishments that I have booked with.

Location is perfect. Owners are helpful

It's not a hotel, so there is no reception. I think this should be explained in the description. Also, its on the second floor without lift. People should know it (if they have mobility problems). Breakfast would be better in a cafeteria/bar.

The room was very clean, the furniture comfortable and the bathroom impeccable. The room was also very quiet, although very near to busy streets. The breakfast was adequate. The landlady deserves a reward for her kindness and helpfulness.

We did not have have any negative remarks. Still we have one suggestion: when we googled "Bed & Breakfast Conte Cavour Messina", we found that this called a wellness hotel. That is the wrong specification, pls change it.

Comfy and close to good food and shops

Very clean , comfortable & well equipped accommodation right in the middle of the centre Loridana is a great host & Georgio was so helpful with our luggage & recommendations of where to go . Thank you both for a memorable stay
