"Didn’t even get to stay. Owner was not interested in issuing a refund despite the mixup."

Nothing. Bad owner.

Owner used different stream of communication to relay the door code to us. We were unaware of this, as pin was different than the one I was emailed. Owner was rude via text afterwards and was clearly unwilling to make things right. $200 for nothing.

"Superb"

The check-in process was easy. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and close to restaurant.

There wasn't any shampoo and the hand soap had been watered down and not very full.

"Rustic getaway with a view"

Willow cabin is wheelchair accessible and had everything we needed. It looked out into a beautiful field and was close (walking distance) to a friendly diner.

The hot tub didn't get quite hot enough ( 94 f). We still used it, but in the cold night it was a little cool.
