The staff were extremely nice and accomodating. The facilities were beautiful with lots of nooks and places to relax. The food and complementary breakfast was delicious. The rooftop area is incredible. We absolutely loved this place and didn't want to leave

The overall vibe is amazing - peaceful and magical. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Didn't want to leave! Location is also great for hauling luggage as you are very close to the city gate.

Hardly anything. The breakfast was lovely and traditional but we would have liked some more protein and fibre.
