"Won't consider for 2nd time."

Staff is very lausy response to unconditional incident. My door was locked as i forget to take out room key. I asked for spare key from staff, yet they couldn't 't provide the spare key. Bad impression! They called tukang to break the door lockerat 8.50am yet the technicians didn't appear till 11.10am!!!! Every half hr i asked when he will come, staff only respond "on the way on the way". This was terrible irresponsible attitude toward customer. Are technician living in betong or he is taking flight from penang???!!!! At last i increase my complain voice at 11. 15am said i need hurry to aiport. Only he go and broke the room's locker and charge me rm20. This is very bad service. I would be pleased if he break the room locker in the beginning without wasting my time. Since it is budget hotel, i don't want comment above stay experience. Definitely it can't compare to normal hotel.
