Soft, uncomfortable bed Old Tub not really clean

Clean and comfortable with a helpful staff.

Second floor room with no elevator. I'm disabled and thought I'd requested first floor but they couldn't find record of the request. Staff helped with our heavier items and we made it work.

The property was not very clean, the front door was locked every time I went there (to check in, and out) the air conditioning did not work well.

The ac worked really well and it had a bathtub which was nice. Shower was decent.

The bed was old and uncomfortable. They only gave us 3 flat pillows. The bathroom floor was sticky when we arrived and there were chips and a liquor shooter on the floor beside the bed despite the cleaning person coming in multiple times while we were there
