Que no hubo jabones para lavarnos las manos o lo que habitual colocan todos los hoteles , jabones, se agradece la botella de agua. Pero observe que en una habitación abierta si había jabones sobre las toallas. Lo demás muy bien

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena; las habitaciones son amplias y bien distribuidas. Me agrada mucho que el lavamanos esté independiente al baño, permite utilizar el espejo al mismo tiempo que el wc o la regadera cuando vas en pareja o con toda la familia. Aun cuando esta sobre una avenida principal no se escucha mucho ruido y se puede descansar.

La habitación que solicitamos era con vista a la catedral, sin embargo, las puertas del balcon estaban trabadas y se notaba la falta de mantenimiento por lo que no pudimos disfrutar la vista.

la ubicación es lo que más no gusto y visualmente el bonito el hotel

el personal estaba muy confundido tardaron en encontrar nuestra reserva y nos dieron las habitaciones maaass lejanas que hay, pagamos por una habitación con patio o balcón y no nos dieron esa habitación nos dieron una en el 3er piso hasta el fondo donde solo había pasillo les argumente y me dijeron que para esta app solo esa habitaciones manejaban, se complica el acceso considerando que tengo nos y no hay elevador no nadie que te ayude con maletas.
