The house was very clean ,spacious and well equipped. The owenr was very attentive and helpful.

Ottima esperienza. Struttura accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli. La camera era confortevole e silenziosa, ideale per riposare bene. Posizione comoda per muoversi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato, ci tornerei volentieri.

The photos don’t do this apartment justice. This is one of the best places I have stayed. Everything is spotless, top quality. We slept brilliantly here and wished we could have stayed longer. Carmelo couldn’t have been more attentive and helped us so much. We loved the little balcony, the closeness to Monopoli old town and the comfort provided by the sizeable rooms and A/C.

There is nothing not to like.

Easy to find, spacious and a great stepping off point for a walking visit into the old section of monopoli - there is parking on the street outside so no issues there overall very good.

Because we visited on a 33 degree day it would have been nice to have dedicated in room air con but in reality that’s a first world problem and isn’t a big issue

Fortunato è una persona fantastica. Ci ha accolto molto bene dandoci anche diverse utili informazioni per visitare i dintorni di Monopoli. La casa è molto spaziosa e fresca. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli accessori.

Host gentilissimi, alloggio pulitissimo. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio giù in strada e raggiunto il centro storico a piedi con facilità.

The host was very nice and cooperative. He helped us with whatever questions and needs we had. The location is very good, it is close to the center and easy to get. The apartment was as explained in the booking. It is also easy to find a parking spot on the street. I recomend this place.
