Our bathtub didn't have glass water was spilling on the floor and there were no floor towels nor room towels.Cockroaches all over the place

Apart from the loud noise coming from the guests in the other rooms, it's a nice place to be when you are in Durban and also I believe some guests are infesting the rooms with Cockroaches. But apart from these two concerns, it was perfect and thinking of spending the Christmas and New year in Durban in December and will definitely want to stay there with my family of six and that of my work colleague and his family of six too. To the manager on duty in the afternoon you are truly good at your job. I am saying this because I have been in the hotel industry for 25 years back in my country before my appointment as a diplomat to south Africa. Keep up the momentum.
