The accommodation had everything you need for a longer stay: washing machine, kitchen utensils, towels, washing machine, etc.

Świetna lokalizacja- blisko do centrum, sklepu osiedlowego oraz dworca autobusowego. Okolica cicha. Mieszkanie na parterze, klimatyzowane. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny, bezproblemowy.

Uciążliwe czerwone oświetlenie w kuchni

La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile, anche se qualche notte siamo tornati tardi e abbiamo fatto del rumore non ha mai detto nulla.

Location are near split riva, you can go there its perfekt for us. Everything is around what you need. And the people was so nice how did rent the apartman, everything was nice in the 3 days.

They dont have parking, its no problem to find parking, its always around the house , you can find fast parking.

I do not recommend this apartment. Although the listing on Booking.com indicated that the host speaks both English and Croatian, we found that communication was extremely difficult as we do not speak Croatian. All responses from the host were in Croatian, which led to significant misunderstanding. As a result, we were without hot water for two days because we couldn’t understand on how to turn it on. The apartment itself was not up to standard. It was not the cleanest, with dirty glasses, hairs on the bed and dust on the drawers. Additionally, accessing the parking space was very challenging. Moreover, the landlord was intrusive. Several times, we noticed that someone had entered our apartment right after we left, as evidenced by the open fridge. When we were checking out, the landlord stopped us in the hallway and aggressively demanded to take pictures of our passports, despite our prior agreement to simply show them and provide written information. When we refused to take pictures, he became aggressive and pushed us back into the apartment. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and the issues with communication, cleanliness, and aggressive behaviour were unacceptable.
