The room are not fully ready when we got there. No free parking. We left a day early but unable to refund us the money we fully paid.

Switched to a different tower without the promised view. Of canal. The lift closed quickly and bruised my shoulder. We were told to go to another lobby, but that lobby sent us back to the original lobby. From 8 a.m to 11am the room phone rang constantly. When picked up, there was no answer. It was like someone was checking if we had left. No way to call reception.no disl tone on room phone Reception unhelpfull snd no smile or enthusiasm. Cant leave luggage. Vague indtructions about collecting room key.

Nothing.

Room was not clean. Urine stains on toilet seat; no toilet paper provided; soap provided in shower was an open and previously used soap bar; cockroaches throughout room. Spoke to Concierge who was unhelpful and dismissive. Could not provide any type of cleaning service or another room.

Location was near things. However this is a BnB not a hotel. We were not given the correct and full address and had major issues finding the accommodation. We were lucky security guards were willing to try and help us out and use their personal phones to try and contact the host to get us the proper address and then the key code to get the keys to gain access.

No linen was provided for the second bed. We had three nights here and messaged the owner via this app and they never bothered to reply. Disgraceful to not have linen. Also had to get more toilet paper as bare minimum supplied, no hand soap and a millimetre of shampoo in the container, no other toiletries. No information provided on where to find the pool, fridge was not plugged in so when we arrived late couldn’t put anything in it to keep cool. It’s a bnb not hotel. Correct and full address was not provided. We spent over an hour going between towers trying to find which one we were in. Security guards used their own phone to contact the owner to get unit number, then the key code to get access to the keys to enter the unit and get the wifi code for us. The lady kept not answering whilst we were standing outside the door trying to gain access. After a full day of flying we just wanted to get in and relax. We messaged via the app regarding toilet paper and linen and she didn’t bother responding. When contacting boooking.com regarding this the excuse what the cleaner should have supplied it. We were there three nights and she could have sent the cleaner back the next morning with linen but didn’t. Not acceptable.

The room was dirty , the TV was on the floor and there’s no basic amenities

Roaches in the kitchen, I messaged the host with no reply,. No hand soap in the bathroom. Soap scum on the tile in the shower makes it slippery. Be careful. Water damage, stains in the bedroom on the ceiling. The place needs a good updating. The only thing luxury is the front reception area. Peeling wallpaper and missing electrical covers.
