I traveled to Mumbai with my wife for our honeymoon. I booked a hotel through Booking.com, but upon arrival, we made the payment in cash. However, the room we were assigned was completely different from the one shown to us at the time of booking. When I complained to the staff about this discrepancy, the hotel management insisted that this was, in fact, the correct room. I had no choice but to stay, as I had already paid the money. Consequently, I checked out of the hotel the very next morning. To cover up their error, the hotel staff subsequently cancelled my booking entirely. I possess video footage of the actual room I was given. I have suffered significant financial loss due to this incident. I will never trust Booking.com again, and I intend to expose this fraudulent practice to the public through social media and my YouTube channel. If my money is not refunded within 24 hours, I will file formal complaints regarding this matter with the Consumer Helpline, the Consumer Court, and across all social media platforms.

Literally nothing, bed is food, it’s clean

Non ventilation room. Picture and room does not match, no bathroom exhaust for standard room, checkout 1 hour delayed and they charged 1000 Rs extra. Nearby no restaurants to eat.

Gutes Hotel für diesen Preis in Flughafennähe. Zimmer groß genug für eine Nacht. Alles sauber.

Außer der Nähe zum Flughafen ist die Gegend absolut uninteressant. Manchmal denkt man, das Zimmer ist direkt neben der Start- und Landebahn. Ist aber irgendwie verständlich wenn man nahe des Flughafens übernachtet. Bei der Ankunft sollten wir zuerst 600 IR mehr bezahlen als bei der Buchung angezeigt, angeblich Tax, aber die war im Preis bereits inclusive. Aber der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption akzeptierte aber dann doch den günstigeren Preis. Wollten bei der Abreise ein Taxi für die 10 Minuten zum Flughafen buchen: Es sollte 1250 IR kosten. Wir organisierten uns eins auf der Straße und kamen so für 200 IR zum Flughafen
