Staff was okay. The hotel has a small entrance. Whole hotel smells full of cigerrets. The bedsheets n towel are smelly n not in good condition. Whole day room smells like a smoking chamber. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The main room if you open the window it's all dirt outside. Very unpleasant stay. Definitely the hotel is not recommended for family. Cheap option to a stay in Santacruz.
