The staff were very welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you! The garden was stunning and the sounding landscape was so peaceful. Lots of variety for breakfast. We had a safari organised by the hotel which was great. We recently got engaged, and the manager upgraded our room to help us celebrate.

Номер оказался просто великолепным: просторный, очень чистый, с красивым интерьером и всеми удобствами. Отдельно хочется отметить сервис и обслуживание — они действительно выше всяких похвал. Персонал невероятно внимательный, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом. Также нам организовали сафари, которое превзошло все ожидания — мы увидели всех животных национального парка, это был незабываемый опыт! Вдобавок нам помогли с индивидуальным трансфером до Катманду, что сделало поездку максимально комфортной и беззаботной. Огромное спасибо всей команде отеля за такой тёплый приём! Обязательно вернёмся снова и с удовольствием рекомендуем это место всем.

Nothing really , it was the best hotel we stayed in Nepal on our 10 day trip

Cleary and without doubt, Hotel Aikawa is the best accommodation option in Sauraha. Milan and the staff at Aikawa Hotel were simply outstanding. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They organised two excellent morning safaris for us and we had a great time. Our guide Raj was very knowledgeable and took excellent care of us in the national park where we saw a large amount of wildlife, including 9 rhinos. Simply incredible. The food in the hotel was exceptional and the kitchen staff were very friendly and worked hard to meet our vegan dietary needs. Every meal was fresh and delicious. The hotel arranged for private transportation from Sauraha to the border at Sonauli. Our driver Bibek went above and beyond to take care of us and kept in communication with us to make sure we navigated the border crossing safely. The owner on this hotel should be immensely proud of the staff.
