Maison Nalos

La propriétaire était super gentille et nous a suggéré plein de choses.

Séjour exceptionnel à la Maison Nalos à Marrakech. Emplacement idéal avec un accès taxi à proximité, très pratique. Le riad est magnifique, avec une décoration sublime et un cadre enchanteur. Propreté irréprochable et excellent petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à Yassine et à Rayanne pour leur accompagnement tout au long du séjour. Rayanne a été très présent et attentif : il organisait nos taxis, nous attendait le soir et nous accompagnait à chaque sortie pour que nous ne soyons jamais seuls dans la rue, ce qui était très rassurant. Merci également à Eva pour ses précieux conseils. Une expérience inoubliable !

L’établissement a dû être rénové récemment, il a gardé l’authenticité du Riad avec quelques éléments modernes

alles was fantastisch. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De kamer was erg schoon en netjes en de riad zelf was super schoon, er liepen de hele dag schoonmaaksters rond. Ook wouden ze je graag helpen met het boeken van excursies of taxi's. Ook voelden wij ons erg veilig door de nachtbewaking, er was de hele nacht iemand aanwezig.

alles was eigenlijk super, alleen het ontbijt is denk ik wel beperkt als je er langer dan een paar dagen zit. Het is wel elke ochtend hetzelfde en je hebt geen keuze, het is wat het is. ik denk dat je daar na een paar dagen wel op uit gegeten bent, maar dat is eigenlijk ook het enige puntje.

The location of the riad is good and relatively convenient for exploring the city.

Our stay at this riad was unfortunately very disappointing and stressful. From the beginning, several aspects did not match what was advertised. The room and especially the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, and during the first night the heating did not work, which made the stay uncomfortable. As I am pregnant, staying in a cold room was particularly concerning. The rooftop, which looks very appealing in the photos, was closed and not maintained, making it unusable. The breakfast was also misleading compared to what is shown online. In reality, the same limited items were served every day, with no resemblance to the photos, and even basic items like water were charged extra. We also experienced multiple issues with additional services arranged by the property. A desert dinner and transfer were offered at certain prices, but we ended up paying significantly more, and later realized the transfer cost was much higher than standard rates. Before arrival, we specifically requested a certain room (which was confirmed), as I needed a more comfortable space, but upon arrival we were told they had simply forgotten to reserve it. The most stressful part was at checkout. Despite paying with a company card, the property refused to issue an invoice on the spot and kept delaying the process, which put us at risk of missing our flight. Communication became very difficult, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, we received inappropriate and unhelpful responses when raising concerns. Even after more than two weeks, we have still not received the invoice. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the lack of professionalism made the stay unnecessarily stressful.
