Lack of an aircon in the unit, lack of flat pillows on the bed.

ZAZAThe place was big and had an extra couch if there was 3 of us but we were just two of us, We had fun and crashed very nicely. The room were clean and well taken care of.
The lady seemed a bit not nice ,she was nice but go easily irritated which I believe she can improve her professional etiquette.
