Love the swimming pool , big enough Steam , and the waitresses offer good service too

Didn’t like rooms ,especially the B block , The towels are old and not fresh , the shower gel is little to no shower gel at all , bedsheets are not fresh , looks like they have not been changed for ages , No water to drink for the guests , room smells like it hasn’t been cleaned for months , lights are too dim in the living room , my whole experience staying there was a total waste of money 😞☹️ plz try and improve !!! Not nice at all !!!!

Very nice apartment overall and staff are really good.

The exchange rates they use are very stupid and broad day robbery. They bill restaurant fees in Ugandan shillings, but when you get to reception in the morning, they convert back to dollars at restaurant rate of 3664 but when paying you pay at Apartment rates of 3950 which makes it broad day robbery. This is the most stupid thing I saw, it makes no sense at all.

Food is excellent and the service too. Frank and Mike at the bat do a stellar job, William in the restaurant is a top waiter The apartments are very secure with lots of security and double gates.

WiFi sucks big time - in the bar area you constantly need little tickets to get access and its annoying Housekeeping was awful - they barely clean up the room, leave dirty dishes and room service trays.
