CAThe location was great. Freddy the host was super friendly. It was clean.
It was incredibly noisy as the "windows" were missing and straight to the stairs and reception. Noise from other guests and from the "street" was very incommodating as well as the light from the stairs and hallway coming straight in the room and waking us up at all time diring the night. Not for light sleepers. Other than that it was good.

USThe staff was very nice. They allowed us to check in early despite our room not being available and gave us a different room with equal accommodations. We were also allowed to keep our bags there while going to Maccu Picchu despite already being checked out.
So many stairs, steep stairs.

Morning hot water was limited- everyone showering at the same time I guess. But plenty of hot water any other time.

ITThe staff was really nice and the location was good. The shower had hot water.
The bedroom did not have a proper window: there was only an opening on the hotel's corridor. We could hear all the noises from the hotel.
GBAguas calientes is quite an expense place, for the price you pay here, you can't get a better experience. Centrally located, nice comfy beds and a lovely hot shower - very much needed after a 9-day trek.
