The customer service and the reception was very friendly, I haven't met such a high Customer service level much in Cambodia at other places, they are very helpful. Hot water and water pressure was very good in the shower. The bed was comfortable, good mattress

It has a little smell of cigarettes, it's everywhere in the hotel.

"wonderful but I did not feel safeness in Sihanouk"

Receptionist was so friendly and ready support us anytime. She can speak English, Chinese very well. There was a problem with my bathroom and they changed another room for us. The price was reasonable.
