Joseph Agricultural Farm

No directions at all to the place. I eventually found the farm through local residents, there was 1 person present who could only tell me that the place was temporarily closed. No Joseph to be seen or heard. At 5 p.m. I had to look for another hotel. I had already paid for the reservation via booking.com. I sent an email to the owner, they will refund me... And they found a place for me. A day later... Don't think about it!

Provincial-Back to the roots- brought back wonderful childhood memories ; the Owner/Chef personally prepared the meals= par excellence with very friendly service people and to Top-it-all= NATURE AT ITS BEST!!

road is a bit narrow, dangerous drive out at night with a big car to maneuver. Shower & Toilet still ongoing with repair. Am sure it will all be perfect when all done👍🏾

Wonderful place to get away from the world. Only stopped for one night on the way to Leyte but wished I could've stayed longer. Common areas are picturesque and comfy. The views are incredible. Rooms and bathrooms are very simple but clean and new - keep the fan on in the room to keep the mosquitoes away. Hosts speak little English but were lovely and welcoming all the same. Location on GoogleMaps has multiple spots and the locals in Ubay don't seem to know it; it's further down the dusty track than the 'view' pinpoint, about 15mins out of Ubay. Bit difficult to find but completely worth it for a quiet rest-stop on a busy trip.

Mosquito net wasn't provided as listed but fan/aircon kept them away.

Everything. Super local place, we spent a wonderful evening at Joseph’s. The food and the shakes were delecious, he offers a tour on his farm, you can local products (honey, wine, dried fish) which is produced in Ubay. Perfect place, very chill.

The location is hard to find, GPS coordinates are not correct. We searched for the place for 30 mins in the middle of nowhere. (A shower in the comfort room would be also great for western standards - but I understand it’s a local experience)
