Hotel rooms were clean. Washroom and Room space was good and clean

Difficult to find the location there is no hoarding or board. There is no Breakfast or lunch available in the property. Card payment was also not available during our stay which was a major setback

Hotel cleanliness, towel are very bad stain on bed sheet wash room was not clean very foul smell

Good neat clean room with a spacious bathroom. Well maintained. Good location, not far from main places in Varanasi. Courteous staff. Good quality furniture and furnishing.

Small room size. No house phone, no restaurant, no basic service like handling baggage. Room cleaning done only on request not as daily routine. Bathroom floor tends to be slippery after bath and needs mopping. House keeping not available after late evening. Provided somewhat wet towels one day.

Entrance ,lift too small

The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. We didn't lack anything.

If I had to say something bad, although there is nothing bad, it would be that the location was far from the river, although the area was safe, with shops and restaurants, and it was easy to get there by rickshaw.
