The location would have been perfect if I stayed.

There was not trained person to check me in. No drinks (even water) in my room or available on the premises. I then had to search for assistance, the same person then brought me 6 waterbottels to stack in my room. I found alternative accommodation and moved out.

The accommodation is very comfortable and the staff is alwats friendly. We enjoy staying there especially when there is an event at Kataluma.

We had an omelet and that was all that was on the plate, no garnish - a little bit more effort should be made. Coffee was great and service was great.

No variety was offered for breakfast. No yogurt, no juice and plastic spoons. Did not feel like luxury. For R90 - not worth it. If you offer breakfast - at least make an effort.

Bathroom, needs new bed linen, fresh blankets, floor mats and better lighting as room was cold and dark.
