"This hotel lack basic facilities. Only the location was good."

Only the location. Location is very good .

Poor service. No one comes to clean your room even after repeated calls and reminders. Locker was broken. Also the shower in the washroom wasn’t working fine. No shampoo. No toothpaste. Overall a very mediocre hotel.

jayden hotel was amazing we had no problems at all very flexible and communication was amazing email and calls. Food choice was amazing very pleased sahoor was booked with stay.

Last day our water was slightly cold.

A new built hotel, so close to the Haram, so clean and the staff there were so nice, helpful and professional. Breakfast was so good. I would choose Jayden again and again 👏🏼

"I would recommend this hotel but I think for all its positives it is overpriced"

I reviewed this hotel previously as I initially booked for 3 nights then extended my stay by another 7 nights .

I forgot to mention the breakfast area can get full and area needs to be extended to cater for all the patrons
