The place is very pleasant and clean. The location was optimal for what i had planned around the area. Im satisfied and recomends this facility.

Getting the key for the facility took too long and had to wait 1 hour for someone to give us the key. The facility was then cleaned while we were waiting outside the property.

Close to convenient stores

Some notable issues with the room include the lack of soundproofing, which allows traffic noise and neighbor's dog barking to be heard at night which causes me unable to sleep. The drainage system is also clogged, and there is a constant drip of water into the toilet reservoir, resulting in a wet floor. It would be convenient to have basic bathroom amenities like shampoo and soap available. A reminder sign not to double-lock the gate would facilitate access for other guests.

Dreadful experience - property unmarked, hard to find, The caretaker was very rude and unhelpful Will never stay there again.

The property was clean, cozy, and beautiful. Value for money super guaranteed, considering the low rate we availed it with. The host was responsive and warm. Though we were welcomed by the personnel in-charge with a little issue on the conflict/misinformation about the rate displayed in the booking.com application versus their actual rate, the problem was timely resolved.

The property should have notified us first upon confirmation of our booking that there was conflict/misinformation about the rate displayed in the booking.com application versus their actual rate, for our awareness beforehand and to avoid unnecessary negotiation that would unfavorably consume our previous time and emotions.
