Pleasant home apartments

Excellent helpful hoste, gave me lots of valuable advice - was even willing to let me cancel, as it was a bit noisy on the main street. I am not use to traffic. I did'nt, just took sleeping tablets

everything is good. location is excellent. near the centre and the pier. bus stop nearby. apartment is clean and tidy, comfortable.

i had to carry a suitcase climb up second floor stairs.

The manager communicated well with us. The apartment was easy to get into and was clean Nice location close to bus stops, supermarkets and main square behind the building so you can essentially walk everywhere

we stayed the one night and there was very loud music playing until at least 4 in the morning. Constant thumping of electronic music. Felt like we were on top of a disco. While it wasn't the manager's fault, when I mentioned it, he said he wasn't aware of anything like that. Reading other reviews, it seems like it happens quite a bit. There was also a lot of street construction going on outside and around the building late at night. So there was noise from that too. If you've got a vehicle, it was difficult to try and unload before finding a parking garage, which was about a 10 minute walk. The other thing I found odd is that the property cancelled our reservation after we left the next day. Not sure why they did that. Maybe others may have had better experiences but I wouldn't return to this property.

I was provided detailed directions by the property management for entry. The apartment is located in a charming building, likely dating to the Austrian Empire era. While preserving the charm of the past era, with a wood floor, and wooden shutters beyond the modern window, the rest of the studio apartment has been recently renovated, with a completely new kitchen area and bathroom. The location is superlative, at the south end of the Riva, where you can see the Bond villain yachts moored in the harbor. There is plentiful nearby dining on Ulica Ivana Zajca and the nearby Riva, or a block behind on the corso (Ulica Adamićeva). The apartment is barely 500 meters from the bus station, an easy walk, and just over a kilometer from the train station. I was traveling off season-- September and October, and found the accommodations to be both comfortable and affordable. I would stay here again, should I return to Rijeka in the near future.

There was live music nearby until the wee hours (0430) the first night -- not the fault of the management. Some occaasional street noise.

Location, owner, clean, has all you need for stay as at home.

Clear and timely instructions from the manager Alex who communicated well. Nice location close to bus stops, supermarkets and mall just behind the apartment.
