The Meer Mansion

Our stay at Meer Mansion was great. Danish was particularly very helpful making sure that we are alright every step of the way - from arriving at the airport contacting the taxi driver, arranging shikara ride, giving advice and tips on how to go around Srinagar, to calling people to ensure we get to our ride to Kargil. Their homemade Kashmir Kahwa tea was really good. Also the location was great since there were a lot of vegetarian dhaba around the area. The hotel is located at the back of Dal Lake with direct access to the lake just across the street. If you want to go to the front of the lake without crossing by boat, it’s an easy 15-20 minute walk. The Shikara ride was one of the highlights of our stay, particularly because the boatman/guide was very knowledgeable, speaks good English and also very helpful giving us tips how to go around the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Good and clean

The property was well furnished and had all the basic amenities. It’s closed to tourists attractions and very well maintained. The staff was very helpful and considerate throughout the stay. Home like feeling

Fabulous stay in srinagar. The host has been very friendly and co operative. They have provided each and every help and things we required. The best place to stay in srinagar.

The room is perfect

The property overlooks Dal lake. Rooms are clean. Danish bhai who manages the property is very helpful and arranged a vehicle for sightseeing and shikara ride at competitive price. Highly recommended for families.
