"Absolute gem in Cape Town city centre"

Location is unsurpassed while the quiet around the corner from nightclubs in the centre of Cape Town was quite frankly Astonishing.

It would be great to just receive an email with lockbox instructions once booked.

The appearance is appealing, the place is clean. The location is accurate. There is tea and coffee. The hosts speaks English and is polite.

The process of collecting the key and dropping it off can be daunting. Firstly the host does return calls, secondly the gate has no bell, lastly you have to scream for help. Overall I think the key issue can change.
