Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Er zijn vele gasten maar het personeel krijgt het goed georganiseerd. We hadden initieel geen water op onze kamer maar men had dit al snel opgelost. Lekker dinner en ontbijt.

Er waren wat problemen met de wifi. Maar lijkt me moeilijk te voorkomen in zo een afgelegen dorp.

Frühstück war gut mit frisch gebackenen Brötchen. Eine Mitarbeiterin konnte gut englisch und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung und die Fahrt zum Songköl. Das Zimmer war eher kalt, aber das mögen wir zum schlafen.

Das Abendessen war gar nicht unser Geschmack, das vegetarisch Gericht bestand hauptsächlich aus Öl mit etwas Gemüse, das Lamm aus Knorpeln, Sehnen und Knochen und ebenfalls sehr viel Öl./Fett. Wenn man warm duschen wollte, kam das Wasser nur getröpfelt. Uns wurde dann angeboten, draußen zu duschen aber ich buche ein Zimmer mit Bad damit ich eben nicht irgendwo anders duschen muss. Aus dem Alter sind wir raus ;-) Zimmer extrem hellhörig.

Magnifique endroit, magnifique hôtel! L’hôtesse est super sympa et parle anglais. C’était de loin le meilleur accueil que nous ayons eu au Kirghizistan! Déjeuner et souper délicieux!

Pas de wifi, malgré ce qui est annoncé sur booking… pas de réseau non plus, malgré notre carte SIM achetée (mais ça, ils n’y peuvent rien)… Pas d’eau chaude… Nous avons eu froid dans notre chambre Un peu cher, donc, pour l’équipement fourni…

We enjoyed our stay at KyzArt hotel! Thank you so much for organizing a horse trekking for us, for good meals and the nice environment!

Staff were very helpful - helped us organise our onward taxi to Tamchy. We were able to store our bags while we went on the 3 day horse riding trip and have laundry done while away too. In house dinner and breakfast was very good and a must as there are no restaurants in the village - only 2 small shops. The hotel has tea and coffee available all day and also has drinks/beer to purchase and essentials which is very handy. Comfortable room.

WiFi poor in the room but it was the furthest away from the common area! Worked perfectly in the dining area.

Vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw, alsook het personeel. Uitstekende bedden. Mooi ingericht pension. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Avondmaal was karig.
