Clean and comfortable

Poor communication with host and check in procedure. It was a lock box setup so why not send me the code prior to my arrival. Instead I’m left waiting at the front door for host to respond to my messages.

Good location. Large and clean. Has a washing machine which was a bonus after walking the via francigena.

All good. It would be nice if they had larger water bottle in fridge since you cannot drink the water. Milk would be a nice touch too

We scored 20 locations during our walk of the Via Francigena, and this location was clearly number 1. THE WINNER: tranquility, easy access, nice breakfast offering, excellent kitchen, very nice washer, stores and restaurants nearby, 2 bathrooms, ventilation (fans), Truly our best stay during our Francigena walk. The city of Sutri was also deemed our favorite.

At first, there were no A/C or ventilators/fans, but the owner said that the house was fresh inside (and it was); nevertheless, the owner brought 2 fans for us. INCREDIBLE.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable apartment in an ancient stone house in the old city. The apartment is reached by stairs from the ground and has a second floor. It has bathrooms on each floor. The kitchen is among the largest and most comfortable that I have seen in Italy. WiFi is excellent — scan the QR code for password. Unless you are accustomed to driving in a hill town, I suggest walking to the apartment. This would work for a long stay of several days or even weeks.

Scary four inch step down into the kitchen is unexpected for Americans.
