Beautiful spacious unit in a great location.

We were a grand mother, daughter and 2 grandchildren group and booked your property based on the advertised 2 rooms and Sofabed. When we went to make up the advertised sofa bed ( why we decided to book this accommodation) there was no bedding. When I rang Lou she told me there was nothing she could do and was extremely rude, she told me she’d had too many drinks to do anything about it. There should be a backup person that could have bought us bedding. Totally unacceptable for the money we were spending. Then when we wanted a morning shower there was no hot water at all. The breadboard had food and crumbs all over it from a previous tenant and the knives had rust on them and the pot lid had grease and smeared finger prints on it….. feeling very disappointed.

The apartment was beautiful n very handy to the event we attended on the beach. Check in was easy as n check out was awesome. Spacious, comfortable n very comfortable. Would definitly rebook again. Excellent host too.
