Location was excellent. Bus stop was just few steps away. Very quiet neighborhood and there's a lot of supermarket nearby. There's also plenty of restaurant in the area. If you don't want to walk, Francesca has a store next door where you can get food and wine.

Quiet location, outside the main part of the city, easy to reach by bus, several supermarkets nearby. Nearby is a bus stop from which a bus goes directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice. Francesca, is a great host, she wrote us information about the recommended mode of transportation before our arrival. After arriving in Mestre, she informed us about the bus to take and waited for us, handing over the keys, as our train was about 40 minutes late. Everything we needed was available in the accommodation. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Mestre with family and friends. The location is perfect, just a short bus ride to Venice, making it very convenient to explore the city without the crowds. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Francesca was very welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations and tips for getting around. Special thanks to her for helping us to book a taxi while returning to the airport. The rooms were spacious enough for both families and groups, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood after long days in bustling Venice. We also found nearby supermarkets and restaurants, which was very convenient for grabbing a bite or any essentials. Overall, this was a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay near Venice!

Things to Improve: The Wi-Fi connection was a bit poor sometimes, and the repeater didn’t work to provide stable signal throughout the apartment. Should have some more utensils in the kitchen, which would be helpful for families who prefer to make their own food rather than going outside for lunch and dinner. Air conditioner is available only in the common living area, but not in the room.

Great location, bus stop near and bus takes fast directly to Venice islands. Very friendly hostess. Great place to stay with friends and family.

I called the host at about 7:00 PM to inform her that we would be arriving late, around 12:00 AM, as we were driving from Milan. She said it was fine and asked me to let her know an hour before our arrival. When we were an hour away, I called her, and she then said that her check-in time was 11:00 PM, as mentioned on Booking.com, and that she could not give us the key. I reminded her that I had called earlier, and she was happy to check us in late, but she denied it. As a result, at 12:30 midnight, with my parents and young children, we had to find a hotel and ended up paying an extra 400 Euros for 3 rooms. The host showed no understanding of our situation or sympathy, despite me explaining that I had young children with me. HOST DID NOT HAVE ANY EMOTION OR SYMPATHY.

A very friendly villa owner, who was able to help at any time. The apartments are located on the first floor and have private access to the garden. There is a small store next to the villa where you can buy all your essentials
