Schöne Wohnung, tolle Dachterrasse, viel Platz.Seperate Toilette extra. Empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage,die Wohnung war ausreichend groß,2 Bäder, Klimaanlage und Küche,alles super.Das Beste ist eine riesengroße Dachterrasse😃.Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Unser Urlaub war sehr schön.Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen,wenn es uns nochmals nach Palermo verschlägt.

Einziges Manko,die Matratze war für unsere Verhältnisse zu hart.

THE ROOF TERRACE!!!!! October in Palermo, 25+ Deg c, with a huge roof terrace with comfy lounge chairs and dining area, BBQ and fantastic views. Good WiFi. The location is perfect, within moments there are grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and tobacconists. Go further afield in any direction and see a different part of the city e.g. Kasla, Vucciria, historic centre or the ports. The air con was excellent and we had plenty of everything needed to cook meals in the kitchen and have several BBQs. The Sisa Quick (Via Principe di Belmonte) household section (you go through a separate entrance to the main grocery shop, which has everything you need) had fantastic charcoal and firelighters. There are several butchers nearby as well as supermarkets and there are loads of vegan and vegetarian options to buy. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in and out, amazed by their size, and terrible music. Bed was comfy, bathroom fantastic, and having the little lift was great. Our host was to hand if we needed him, checked in with us, offered us fresh towels etc, but to be honest we are quite self sufficient when travelling.

Everything was perfect. There are a few steps into the building to get to the lift, and then stairs in the property. Not an issue for us, but just letting you know. The lift is great though!

Location was ideal and easily accessible thanks to a small lift. It was within easy reach of hop on/hop off buses and all the main sites of Palermo. Many good restaurants nearby and also nearby are small shops and a supermarket. Roof terrace also allows you to sit outside if the weather is good.

Parking can be a problem and also the DTZ area can create additional cost and restrictions, although in reality, once you are at the property just leave your car and walk or catch the bus!!

Perfect for the stay! Good apartment with everything what you need! The rooftop is fantastic and the view there as well! The owner is really lovely and helps whenever is necessary!
