Check in wasn’t smooth even though our arrival time has been communicated. There was loud music playing till very late at night that we could hear in the room. DSTV didn’t work from Sat morning until check out. Never received a response when I queried it via WhatsApp. Staff not readily available on the property/reception. Had to search for the cleaning lady who also seem to be the supervisor whenever we needed anything. Including when we wanted to leave.

The kettle had mold inside.

The room facilities and the service was superb. We were always able to reach the staff, everything we needed was brought to us. Room is cleaned and towels are replaced on a daily basis. A big perk was getting our laundry done as we stayed for 4 night.

There wasn't any cutlery or dishes in the room, given that there is a microwave. We did not get the exact room we thought we signed up for using the pictures.

Comfortable bed.

There wasn't enough parking and so we had to be woken up early to move our car out of the way.
