Location is good- near the bus and train station. Beds were comfortable and the room was large.

The hotel is on a main road but due to the curtains not covering the entire window, the light from the shops was visible all night. The room was also very hot so we had to keep the windows open. The bathroom was not completely clean.

The room smelt like cigarettes, and the window kept popping open, it backs onto a busy street. Totally fine for one night. The reception was kind, but would not offer a receipt for my stay. Some minor improvements in service and room maintenance (not allowing smoking) would make this a great boutique option. Also, having bottles of water, and tea so that you can make tea or coffee in your room. Lots of stairs for anyone with accessibility issues.

Clean and nice looking room. Check in at very late hours was not a problem (despite no English spoken). Great location to spend the night from/to Osh.

The heavy curtains were only decorative - no way to shield the room from the red neon sign directly opposite on the next building. Window could not be opened. Water in shower didn't drain. Issues with the internet (all my devices rejected connection on the grounds of "being unsafe" - ignoring the warnings worked in the end but didn't leave me with a good feeling)

Very new hotel. Everything was very clean and functional. It is only a small hotel, with no restaurant. There are places to eat nearby. The room was fine, light with enough space. It is next to the minibus stop with a lot of honking during the day (Andijan drivers do a lot of honking...) but no honking through the evening or overnight so what we feared would be a problem was not at all. Comfortable mattress and a good night's sleep.

The Location of the Hotel was excellent. Toom was very clean.

Excellent small hotel, not a hostel (though the same people run the Sheyk hostel at a different location). Very helpful staff. Very nice bed, very good ensuite shower and bathroom, kettle and fridge, well-placed power sockets. Very convenient location for town centre and for the train station. Not the cheapest but really well designed and very well managed small hotel.

Thick walls, so the room was nice and quiet, but that means that the wifi signal was not very strong inside the room - small detail only, on otherwise lovely hotel.
