place is good, location is near to prem mandir, so it is easy to reach alot of temples

no soap, and towel availability

They want to took more money apart from my booking. The size of the room is too small, don't trust on pictures shown over the website. Also the hotel was not good to stay

They are doing an online scam. First they attract customers by showing less price at online booking sites. Then they deny the customers that it's not their price pay higher stay at the hotel else go anywhere. Shame on the hotel owner. People came here to visit this holy place and you guys cheat customers.

Nothing is like, Staff was asking extra money to pay...I argue with them then staff say you have to go out.. check another property..

Very bad experience...solo travelers go for the property..

cleanliness

Never book this as room number 4 on ground floor gets open from inside i dont know how? might be staff tried to enter in it. i asked for CCTV they didnt provided. I was in hurry to go otherwide i would have investigated. I just call hotel but they denied for anything.

Room was super clean, well maintained.

Staff was friendly.

Upon arrival we were charged almost twice the amount than whats was booked as per booking.com, they cancelled our booking after checking in. Room had mould on the walls, location is right next to dumpster on a sketchy bend of road.
