"為了離熱氣球近一點訂這家飯店（其他家民宿太晚訂，沒訂到），不像飯店，比較像旅館，4人房4200元有點貴（不知道是不是因為鹿野熱氣球的關係，房價比較高），沒有附早餐。2樓泡溫泉區有點簡陋。服務人員是親切"

一進門發現房間內還有上個旅客沒帶走的拖鞋，到處都是厚厚的灰塵，洗澡給的是兩罐洗髮精，冰箱不涼，感覺沒有心要經營
