Place is close to bar. Good if you want to hang out. Very close to the Mall with all services

These units are located in a commercial building behind the Acacia Mall. Several minutes after checking into my room, I killed two cockroaches in the kitchen. Because I was concerned that cockroaches could get into my luggage and lay eggs, I wanted to move to a different unit. After reporting the problem, management sent me to a third floor unit. On the roof directly above my bedroom, there was loud diesel generator that ran all night long. The next day, management gave me a different unit on the third floor and a package of cockroach poison that I sprinkled inside the kitchen cabinets. I also sprinkled some poison underneath the bathroom sink. The poison was able to kill some of the cockroaches, but when I was eating breakfast, a cockroach was crawling up the back of my chair. I was so bad, I didn’t wanted to go into the kitchen. There is also a night club located directly behind this building that plays load music all night long. Because the management knows about the cockroach infestation, but refuses to fumigate the entire building, I would not stay at this location. These are many other lower-priced rental units in the area.

Location is good, residence is very clean too.

Lacks some amenities like drinking water.

Location and support from host

The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. A strong stench and smell was coming from the bathroom, and I had to keep the doors closed. I couldn't invite visitors and preferred to stay out for a long time.
