"Exceptional"

A newly renovated place in the centre of Gozzano with quiet rooms and all amenities. It's value for money. Host has been very accommodating with our requests and patient with check-in/out procedures. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the basics (coffee and hot water) for breakfast. Well recommended for a short/longer weekend.

"Overly complicated and annoying"

Clean all around

The locking system requires to install an app. After this you need some digital keys from the owner, which he forgot / didn't know how to send, therefore we had to wait for two hours until he enabled us permission to lock/unlock. In the end we were out for a few hours, but fearing the unlocking application would not work we came back early. Annyoying. On top of everything, the water heater was broken. After we told the owner, he said he will check, but we should have left at 10, even if the presentation page said checkout at 11
