The place is an oasis of peace in the middle of the chaotic Weligama. The kitchen and the dining area are amazing and also the garden with the swimming pool. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The staff is kind and always available. Big plus - two amazing dogs!

Our room was a bit humid and with a very small window.

The property was beautifully constructed…It gave us a very homely feeling.

We just felt rooms were way too small for 4 people. However, it didn’t bother us since we all were friends. It was also bit far from centre location.

It’s a nice big villa with a beautiful pool and a territory in Weligama. It’s located in the residential area, so you have to go to the city center by bike or tuk tuk. The villa itself is incredible and has all necessary facilities.

It can be quite noisy in this area because of construction sites around and also dogs living in the households.

Great support from the host! Everything went so smoothly.

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft, der Pool ist auch ein kleines Highlight. Sam ist super nett und steht bei jeder Frage bereit und versucht zu helfen.

Had a great stay at Villa Wellia in Weligama. The hosting couple were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s a quiet, peaceful place with a really relaxed vibe—we ended up spending most of our 3-day trip just enjoying the villa. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and spend quality time with family or loved ones. The breakfast was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend it.
