Perfect place. everything is new and clean. We traveled as a couple with a small dog and this was not a problem for this place.

"Agriturismo L'Imperfetto lives up to its name, its almost perfect."

9.0

The property is in a rural area with vineyards all around. We visited Venice, which was about 40 minutes by car, or 30 minutes if you pay the highway fee. Also the sea beaches are about 35 minutes away. I recommend Eraclea Mare, its next to a pine forest which provides fresh air even when its a hot summer day. Also its less crowded than Lido di Jesolo beach and not so many hotels. There are public beach parts in both places so you have the option to take your own umbrella and sunbed or you can also rent those already there. Anyway, back to L'Imperfetto. The building is brand new and modern. The bed is very comfortable, could be the best mattress I have ever slept on. There are 2 modern air conditions in the apartment with built in controlls in the wall. The kitchen is well equipped, not for big cooks but for tourists its really sufficient. There is a huge yellow fridge in the apartment with a large freezer part. The bathroom is nice and comfortable, with a shower, toilet and also a bidet in it. Its easy to park your car next to the building, there are always free spaces and its for free. We got a welcome drink (choice of 3 types of wine) and also to our surprise, a goodbye drink, bottle of wine too. Getting the key was easy, they had a reception at the event and gave it to us. Most of the staff does not speak english but they found a guy who does and helped us to move in. Giving back the key was also effortless. The bed was a twin bed with 2 mattresses. We preferred a double bed so I put cable tie on the bed legs. This way they did not move away from eachother.

We have been warned by the property in advance that there could be some events when there is music, and it will stop at midnight. There were events 6 days a week, the exception is mondays. Some of the events were smaller and with less noise, but they do have a habit of keeping the music volume up during the events. There was an occassion that I had to text the staff at 1 AM that the music is still very loud, way after midnight. They replied politely, appologised and the music stopped 20 minutes afterwards. The guest were talking loud in the parking lot so that night we could sleep only at 2 AM. Besides this, there were only small nuissances. The yellow fridge looks great on the photos and has a lot of space in it, but it was reather loud compared to my home fridge, you can hear it in your bed when it cools and it was cooling almost constantly. I found a lot of ice in the freezer and defrosted the freezer compartment. About 2 shoe boxes of snow came out of it. After that it made the same noise when operating but at least it was silent 50% of the time. On weekdays there is some traffic noise from trucks. Another thing were the mosquitos. There are no mosquito nets on the windows so when you open a window to check the number of cars still in the parking lot in the night for that nights event, a dozen mosquitos get inside. There were some other jumping bugs too, but nothing too problematic. Take an electric mosquito killer. A thing in the bathroom. When I turned on the light, the vent started 3 seconds later and at that exact moment, a loud dripping sound that you could hear in the whole apartment. So I guess the dripping was not in the apartment, but the venting pipes brough the noise close. Another weird thing for me. They do not have duvet covers. You get 2 sheets to sleep between and a duvet without a cover. I read that some hotels do this, but its still strange. The duvet will not be so hygenic after a few guests...
