1. Room needs to be more clean and better 2. Kitchen Bulb were not working,had to be replaced 3. Air-conditioning cooling was not good ,filters needs cleaning 4. Bathroom is too small. 5. No mobile network connectivity for airtel 6. No wifi 7. No electricity back up 8. Many times due to no electricity our family has to stay in hot weather without air conditioner, frequent electricity or power down.
GBThis was the first time I stayed in a home stay. I must admit, absolutely loved it. I probably prefer home stay over hotels now. This was a very spacious property, especially for a solo traveller like me. Property was clean, safe, and close to the Rameshwar Temple (my main purpose of visit). All the local amenities were within walking distance. Host, Kumaran was extremely polite, I came to the property one hour earlier but he was happy to temporarily accommodate me in another room whilst I waited for my actual room (please note this might not always be the case depending on his room availability). I was able to freshen up after a 12 hour journey, and go for breakfast while I waited for my room to become available. He did call to check up on me and ensure my stay was going well.
INLocation is the best part of the property. It is literally <5 min walk to the temple entrance. The house itself is very basic. The rooms were spacious and clean. Don't expect facilities. If your purpose is anything other than temple visit then this is not the right property for you.
It is situated on a very narrow street near the temple. I came in a SUV and it was not a very wide approach road. A/c is installed only in the bedroom. The living room gets very hot in summer. The bathroom was clean, but there was a constant foul smell.
