Very grand and fancy! Very easy to communicate with David the host who was also very helpful and easy going. All of the group were delighted with the accommodation. Couldn’t have been better.

no breakfast provided but excellent cafes nearby. Location perfect. David an excellent and attentive host who very kindly reserved us a table for lunch at an excellent restaurant. Dimora Leone provides a taste of elegant living in a very elegant town.

a small carton of milk in the fridge for coffees on arrival would have been nice.

We loved every moment. Few people get the opportunity to stay in such a luxurious home behind that very ordinary door we all pass and wonder what is within.. And we did. And we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommended for two couples. We played the grand piano which added greatly to our enjoyment and was the icing on the cake of a wonderfull time spent in this oh so beautiful environment. Host David was just a phone call away and very helpful. Carried our cases up and down the stairs. House very well equipped. We wanted for nothing.

Only that we had to move on.

By far the best apartment we've ever rented. Immaculate. Close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and yet quiet and tranquil. David is a superstar. He literally went out of his way to help us get the best from a short break. We thoroughly recommend it. It is not to be missed!

Nothing at all

This property is simply amazing. A warm welcome from David with a pack of goodies in the kitchen. The location is ideally situated between one of the access ramps to the famous Lucca wall and the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped. A very classy, sociable space to explore Tuscany.

Very little in the way of negatives. Minor things…maybe a better corkscrew, the air conditioning defeated us but not essential in May. More bin bags please! That’s it!

This was the most comfortable part of our stay in Italy. Beautiful and inspiring art throughout the home. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy aesthetic. Really made our stay special. David, too, was extremely accommodating when our flight was delayed into the late hours of the evening. He helped me find a driver for our needs while we were here that we loved as well. Our stay here was the best part of our trip! Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Italy.
