If you go to Anzio, stay here. Seriously. I can not imagine there is a better maintained and decorated property or nicer host. Sea view. Lovely private terrace at the back. Our young daughter says: this is a very nice property. Near the sea side, very nice to go for a little walk. If I had such a nice holiday house I'd live in it all the time so Top Marks!

Location and friendliness of host

next door was doing construction from 8 am to 2 pm on 3 of the 4 days we were there, there was concrete dust allover the front door and walkway
