Central Market Apartment

The location is perfect and the apartment looks gorgeous

The renovation was running in the building during our stay, so it was quite noisy

The apartment is very cozy and with an interesting old interior. The location is very convenient for people who want to explore the most popular places in Budapest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has towels, a washing machine and a hairdryer. There are spare blankets in the wardrobe.

The airconditioner heated very slowly, but as we were all day long outside, it wasn't such a big problem.

Perfect location - right in front of the nice bridge by the Danube, and of a metro station. Very central and easy to reach. Plenty of markets and cafés nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was also lovely: it was very comfortable and we adored the cute maximalist aesthetic.

The only door to the bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms - not a big issue, but slightly inconvenient. It would have also been nice to have a few extra towels.

the location is very good, close to most of the main attractions. a few steps from the Chain Bridge. inside two rooms a bathroom and a kitchen. the rooms with lots of paintings, old art objects, art, very beautiful.

so far all good. but what to see?!!! don't book in the cold season. there is no constant heat. they have air conditioning, and a heater. when we arrived it was a little warmer than outside. us and with two children. if you go during the day to visit, you have to turn off the heat. you come back, you find the same cold. bathroom? to do in a cold....better miss out. you turn on the heater, it gets a little warm, the hot water doesn't turn on. it flows and you can't adjust it and it's too scalding. a whole torment. wifi?!! yes, it says there is. we got there, they told us it doesn't work and they promised to fix it. they fixed it on the penultimate day of our stay. smell??? pfff as soon as you enter you are hit by a smell, hard to get used to it. but what to do when you are with two children, in winter, at 12 at night?! you resign yourself, put on perfume and try not to ruin your vacation. overall I do not recommend!! at least not with children, like we were now, and not with children in case of the smell. shame about everything in the apartment.
