Excellent value , simple , clean and great location . Can walk to everything .

Unfortunately construction noise was an issue. Jackhammers etc next door on weekdays but this was out of the facilities control No English speaking television

Muy bonito lugar y limpio muy cerca de la playa santa Cruz, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Solo no hay mucho alumbrado publico,.pero aún así, es muy seguro el lugar.

"Well located condo"

The location was great (we walked to Chahue beach daily), having a pool right outside was convenient, the place is roomy (for 2 ppl), communications from staff was great, internet was good, key pad entry to gate and door are convenient. Señor Lolo’s restaurant, Yu Lee resto and a cafe nearby was great. We ended not cooking for this reason. Zocalo was a pleasant walk through 2 pedestrian only walkways that started from the condo bldg and ended at the zocalo (less than 5 min walk).

This is just a be aware comment and I feel are not deal breakers: 1) there’s a hole from the shower area that floods the rest of the bathroom. Make sure to plug the hole; 2) the AC panel light is bright and can’t be turned off. Bring tape and cardboard to cover it.
