I didn't like anything, It was not the same image that shown in your website. There was no water in the bathroom and geyser was not working. The room smells like pungent smell.
They didn't provided the tax Invoice. I have tried asking them multiple times but they are telling that the tax invoice should be available in the booking.com page. But I couldn't see the tax invoice in the booking.com portal. Please inform them to provide me the tax invoice. It is necessary for me to submit the tax invoice to my office to get the reimbursement. Kindly help me team.
