Die Lage war sehr cool, es gab kostenloses Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und das war sehr cool! Auch das Holzhaus + Ambiente war gemütlich.

- Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war nicht ganz optimal, ziemlich teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften. - Wir haben uns mit dem Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption nicht gut verstanden und fanden ihn etwas unflexibel. Er wurde leider schnell ungeduldig bei spezifischen Wünschen oder Anfragen. Netter Mensch und tolle Ausstrahlung aber als Hotelmitarbeiter sollte der Servicegedanke stets an erster Stelle stehen.

The location is at the edge of the historic district so it's lovely and peaceful. The architecture is lovely. The breakfast was delicious, a great selection to choose from which is cooked fresh and comes with fresh fruit. The bathrooms are a good size too. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. We stayed there three times in our two week stay across Laos and chose to keep coming back. The staff are kind too. They offer help with laundry, trips etc.

The hotel, with its old architecture in a quiet neighborhood, was very comfortable. The owner let us use the kitchen as if we were at home, and my family is very grateful. My family had a wonderful holiday; Luang Prabang is beautiful, and we will return next year…

Breakfast is great

Fantastic hotel located in the beautiful district of old Luang Prabang heritage, the room was cleaned and the personnel was really helpful. We were supposed to stay only 2 nights and decided to extend our stay in this hotel an extra night. WiFi is working perfectly. There is hot water available in the shower. Also, if you need activities or transfers to be organised, you can ask the hotel, they can assist and help. We will also come back on our way back to catch the plane from Luang Prabang. There is also a tiny supermarket located next to the hotel - which is highly appreciated. For information, once in Luang Prabang, we did a sunset boat ride (for 200K each), the visit of the Pa Ku cave (for 200 K each) and the visit of the waterfall (300K each), transfer to Vang Vieng (380 K each) • Nothing : All was good. We enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel and recommending it!
