I paid for a private bathroom in the room for my elderly parents, but all they got was a toilet. They didn't even have a sink to wash their hands.

If there was a breakfast, I was not made aware of it. The location was exactly what I was looking for.

Not every traveler, even a experienced one, to Mexico remembers that we need to bring our own toilet paper. Although there was some toilet paper on the dispenser in the afternoon, the next morning there was NONE, and no additional rolls in the bathroom. This in not acceptable, and it was awkward. How about a top sheet on the bed? There was none, and this seemed odd, just a bottom sheet and the thicker bedspread. As I recall the pillow was lumpy foam. How about a protective stick to allow the interior room window to be open, but also provide security? The entry pad was so small and not obvious, I had to call to find out where the non-descript door to the facility was. At least let people have a more detailed description of where the door is! A microwave, but no cups, plates, silverware or other items to help guests have a better experience. sad, you can do better.
