Very spacious and with a lot of natural light. Beds very comfy. They have a parking lot on site and does not need a reservation at least not when we were staying. Close to almost everything you need. And surprisingly quiet area. Very clean and although it does not have a kitchen you still have a coffee machine and a table to eat.
