"Great value but unusual"

Location, comfort and cost. It's a spare room in a three bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet estate. It's very convenient to Dooradoyle and really reasonably priced. The bed is comfortable.

Unusual set up. The owner occupier never approached me to introduce herself or ask if there was anything needed or any questions. The roller blind appeared broken and stuck in the halfway position and the curtains were thin mesh and blocked no light at all, which meant I woke at 4:45 am.
