"Small studio on the second floor"

Low price studio with a balcony

It was a small studio even though I booked a much bigger one bedroom apartment. Host from the agency arrived 30 minutes late to do my check-in and was not too friendly. He works in the apartment next door. He explained that I got a smaller studio because of booking.com error but I am sure it is false advertising.
